I wanted to stay here on a recent visit to ITER. I called the lady 48 hours in advance to advise her we wouldn't be there by 8 and so work something out. She flat out refused. Then when I asked for a cancellation and full refund, she cancelled my reservation entirely and stole my entire prepayment. Also for the second night. 0/10. Do not stay here. Worst experience ever.
