实在是很想因为前台的服务态度给全0.5分,但是我还是实事求是吧,希望大家都遇到比较理想的前台。为什么这么生气呢。这个酒店前台离大谱。接待我们的是一位女前台,我们订了两间两晚,豪华双床,拿房卡进房间后发现两位女生的双床房被擅自改成了大床。回到前台,前台态度强硬,理由:1 没双床了;2 因为我网上订的原本是单人入住,系统自动换成了大床(可是我两间房是同一个订单,两位男生房间是双床,且两间房都在入住五小时前现场提前支付了加人费用,且有收据)。如果是系统变更,怎么不两个订单一起变更,怎么偏偏就选中两个女生的房变成大床房,是觉得女生能比男生更能轻易接受睡一张床?还是觉得女生更容易吃哑巴亏? 找前台理论的时候更生气,擅自变动房型不主动或提前告知是一方面,态度还非常差,只会重复:I can do nothing for you; 各种找理由。最后要求的解决方案是酒店给我降级高级双床房并退差价,酒店让我回房间等待,她需要和上级汇报,我因为等待时间不确定性,我也同时找携程客服处理,结果不到一小时内换成了豪华双床(这时候前台说有人退房了[doge][doge][doge]当时快晚上九点了,“有 人 退 房”哈哈)。此处表扬携程的处理速度!

我预定的是“豪华双床房”,双床means Twin bed. 即使我预定时只选择了1人,代表的也是twin bed for 1 person, 而不是king bed for 1 person. 另外,我在入住前五小时已经提前抵达前台并现场支付了两人入住的费用。请你不要再狡辩,不要再偷换概念,这是非常不能接受也没有礼貌的行为!!!并且我的订单是两件双床房,你们默认男士是给的双床,女士给的大床,我有理由怀疑你们就是故意为之,因为这是一个订单,不存在不一样的情况。你们的狡辩实在是disgusting. 中国人自发地在网络上为你们推荐,是因为基础设施真的不错,但这不是你们可以随意处理中国人订单的理由。我相信你们的态度说明你们也不是第一次这样干了。真心建议有选择的同胞们选择其他酒店,至少不会浪费时间和前台沟通。

这家酒店没有缺点,如果非要找一个那就是进酒店办入住需要先爬楼梯以及酒店里的电梯停半层的(但是入住会帮忙把行李送到房间)。前台都会英语,办入住连WiFi密码都要给你挨着念一遍,生怕看不懂他们写的字。早餐也很好,品种多、好吃!房间卫生间也挺大的,卫生很干净!因为最后一晚我第二天一大早4点多就要退房,所以提前一天问了前台届时有没有人办理退房,他们竟然说会帮我把早饭提前装好给我带走……等到退房的时候从前台看到我(当时已经要到他跟前了)还跑过来帮我拿行李,出门又帮我拿行李送到楼下门口。我感动的要哭了……怎么会这么好啊!!!其次是他们的位置非常好,滴血、喀山、圣以撒教堂、冬宫全部可以步行到达,很近!离火车站开车10分钟,楼下就是超市,周围也很多吃的……实在没有缺点,完美简直
客房远比描述的30平米大,轻里外间布局,有小玄关,入口视线遮挡较好,动静分区不错。卫生间较大,实用方便。每天卫生很好。前台服务不错,餐饮较丰富。这间外景是内院,并且有机器噪声,还好孩子对噪声不那么敏感,就没有换房间。

定的双床房因为有孩子找酒店拼起来了,来了三个人挪床并且用一个条形床垫把中间拼起来,一点缝都没有,好评!大概就变成2m大床了吧,在俄罗斯算很大了~
截止25年10月10号 安卓手机预订房间并没有提示按人头收费(iOS有这个提示)导致我们带小朋友入住要求必须支付费用 不吃早饭也要支付(6岁儿童3500卢9岁儿童7000卢)已经跟携程反馈此事 (图1就是收费小票) 酒店政策我们愿意接受 但是预定的时候没说清楚 现场要求加钱体验就比较差 这一点和国内的习惯不一样 大家要注意
除此之外 酒店本身的设施位置以及周边的便利店吃饭都比较方便 图23为酒店入口及外立面 步行到冬宫和喀山大教堂都很近 喀山大教堂右侧街口的杜马塔观景台一定要上去看看 早上300下午500 可以看到整个市区的风景 图4-7都是在那里拍的
床垫非常舒适,房间新装修不久,风格很现代。前台服务很好,英文可以交流。每天打扫房间。房间略小了一点,大的箱子摆开比较困难。早餐非常丰盛,三文鱼咸鱼几种火腿和香肠,奶酪三种。厨师X是大胡子的高加索人。存放行李免费,门童也主动帮忙提行李。最值得表扬一层还有公共洗手间,装修的非常精美。
房间很好很干净,服务也很贴心,地理位置非常方便,离冬宫和涅瓦大街都很近,其他几个教堂也都步行可达。早餐非常好吃!性价比超高,刚好朋友过生日前台reception很贴心地送了马卡龙!总体非常推荐!!
位置好,步行到圣以撒大教堂5分钟,到冬宫和涅瓦大街10多分钟,去游船码头也不远,到哪都非常方便。房间很干净,有热水壶,干湿分离,早餐特别好,有各种茶、水果和果汁,每天菜品还会有小调整,住了5天非常舒服,服务人员也都很礼貌友好,虽然去前台要上十几个台阶,但有服务员帮忙拿行李不用担心,唯一就是床窄了些。总之我喜欢这里,很推荐!
酒店位置非常棒,在涅瓦大街和圣以撒教堂中间,去涅瓦河以及冬宫也近,房间也算新的大的,2个28箱子摊开没问题,床也很舒服,洗手间有点热衣服晾干管,早餐也不错,有香槟,酒店服务也很满意,打印门票也是免费,居住证明都用信封呈上,唯一不便的门口到大堂要走一段10几阶楼梯,然后大堂到房间坐电梯也要上或者下半层,我们到的较晚,没有行李员,离开的时候是下午就没问题,有帮忙搬运行李
