I am writing to share my recent experience during my overnight stay at your hotel, which unfortunately turned into rather scary situation. On morning of our first day around 6AM, I was startled by loud banging on our room door. Initially, I thought it was from our neighboring room but the continues knocking escalated my concerns. My cousin woke up and check the peephole and there was a man who is banging and trying to open our door. We told the man the he had the wrong room, despite of telling the him he had the wrong room, he kept banging and trying to open our door and say “sister”. Feeling increasingly unsafe, I called the reception for assistance. Thankfully the bellboy came and was able to address the situation, leading the man away. We later reported the incident to the management who told us that the man was simply confused about his room. However, I must express my discomfort with this explanation. If the man was truly in his right mind, he would have checked the room number before knocking or attempting to enter. The fact he continued to bang our door at such an early hour 6am despite being informed that he was at the wrong room, raised serious concerns about safety. I believe it’s crucial for the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of its guests especially in situation like this. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Everything was superb staff was superb had a great service and the rooms were clean had candies as welcoming gifts for customers free tea,coffee and dates were given on arrival there was only one down side to this hotel the view wasn't great rest was fantastic had a great time there

Excellent nice hotel apartments ! Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money.

Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue , She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid . Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me . She realized her mistake and did not apologize and went to revenge mode with me I would like to see if this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only " If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ? I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel if this happened to you ? ?
