Never got to check in. Showed up around 9 pm. Front desk attendant never came. I had already paid for room ahead of time. Over an hour wait and still nothing. He left a number on window to call, I called over 20 times and no answer. I had to go down the road to find another hotel

Room was not ready when arrived to check in. We booked 2 rooms.
My son booked 2 rooms ( had to wait 2hrs for their rooms to get ready.) They were supposed to have joining rooms due to having 4 little girls.. no they didnt. Just 2 separate rooms not a joining..but one of the rooms.was a joining to.another room.
My brother booked a room(left due to room being gross)
My 2 niece booked a room they arrived at 9pm on Friday(left at due to room being filthy.. ie blood on bedding)
The breakfast area was filthy and not maintained.
Room smelled moldy. Bedding had stains, towels had stains, ahower curtin was moldy, furniture had stains and not clean, floor feeled damp out whole stay.
This was for family during a wedding.. I had several family members had to leave because their rooms were not cleaned at all.
My son and his family rooms were not ready after arriving after 3.
The lobby smelled.
Over all i have never stayed in such a getto place in my live and was embarrassed that i had recommended thia place to my family.
This was the most awful experience ever.

Room was dirty, shower had mold. Tv didn’t have a remote and I had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to show up to the front desk to get checked in.

Room was not ready when I arrived.
Stains in the carpet. Carpet had debris on it.
Dirty walls on several walls. Rust and mold completely around the tub. Hangers on the floor. Toilet paper has makeup on all on the side. Pillow case missing. Bathroom mirror was very dirty. Hand told and wash rag was dirty with stains. Shampo and conditioner were already used.
Most expensive hotel in this city and a rat hole of a place

The toilet didn’t flush, and there wasn’t another room to switch into. The guy at the front desk apologized . I had already pre paid for the room and I was in town for a funeral so I couldn’t just get another hotel.
