The owner was very accommodating. This is an old property. The rooms are large. There is an art gallery attached to the building and concerts can be held here. We were there in off season. I suspect the town and hotel could be busy in the summerGreat town. Friendly people.

Short stay near Carcassone
Lovely location and quirky, characterful accommodation! It is within a friendly small village with a really good selection of restaurants.
It felt as if we were experiencing the true essence of rural France whilst only a short drive from Carcassone.

A beautiful property and a very warm welcome by friendly staff.
My room was tastefully decorated to modern standards. Lovely spacious room with shower room and toilet off the hall. Great little terrace too.
I highly recommend Apostrophe which us in walking distance to some lovely restaurants. I ate in La Rencontre which was wonderful.

我非常喜欢这家与众不同的酒店。它原本是一家废弃的旧工厂，从街上看，一切都显得有些糟糕，但一旦进入庭院，印象就截然不同了。除了没有空调之外，酒店的内饰已经达到了四星级的水平。然而，价格低廉，体现了酒店的品质。
建筑的独特性以及精心而真诚的翻新，营造出一种引人入胜的艺术氛围。庭院里每周五都会演奏爵士乐，可惜我们没去。我记得那里还有个画廊，但我们也没进去。总而言之，这里很有潜力成为一家酒店和文化中心——一个举办艺术活动或培训课程的理想场所。

热情的接待，部分建筑经过翻新，但仍保留了其最独特的特色。提供自助餐，爵士音乐会和艺术家工作坊开放至深夜。房间隔音效果极佳，早餐丰盛。整体氛围非常宜人。
这是一个历史悠久的神奇地方，感谢弗兰克让它复活，最重要的是感谢你与我们分享它。 入住Manufacture就是自觉旅行，还是懂得惊叹……房间很舒适，充满魅力，床很大，很安静。这家餐厅也很有趣：弗兰克从他的旅行中带回了食谱......另一项慷慨之举！该团队非常友善，感谢他们，我们为参观该地区的必看景点提供了很好的建议......天知道有一些！！！！
