The property itself is beautiful however, the shower to my room was not cleaned properly at all. Still had dirt & soap scum on the walls. Room 214. The bathroom truly needs more cleaning especially the few dirt marks on the floors & around the toilet. That made me feel the rooms are not cleaned properly. Called front desk several times and went down no one at desk. I finally gave up. The rest of the room was nice & nicely decorated.
Please know they allow animals and woke up at 5am to two dogs barking both Friday & Saturday morning.

Property is kind of off by itself next to other hotels, but this is preferable rather than be on top of the busy street considering this is an area where everything is easily in driving distance. Staff all were kind. Breakfast options were limited but always stocked and seemed fresh. Rooms clean and nice. Only complaint, not a smart tv in the room. But I wouldn’t call that a deal breaker.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful, and the room darkening blinds made sleeping easy. Will definitely be back at that hotel if we are in that area again

I like the convenience most. But the pillows smelled of rotten eggs. Luckily one pair was smelling good so we slept well.

Had a bit of a hiccup first night , air conditioner seemed to be leaking ..floor got wet , thankfully I was moved to another room with same accommodations .

Pleasantly surprised
Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but they rarely are. Had waffles, sausage, hash browns, all the usual options. Staff were always helpful & the room was comfortable. I will say at home La Quintas are often quite run down, so I was pleasantly surprised by this stay.

This is a great motel. We have stayed here several times and will continue to make it our place of choice in Manchester, TN. The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee).
