Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Valet staff were courteous, fast, and professional. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We were there for a concert and the lobby was playing the artist’s music. There is a free shuttle to and from the Hard Rock (also playing the artist’s music). Hotel is clean and smells divine. The rooms are modern. Comfy beds. AMAZING shower. Breakfast was way beyond our expectations offering such a variety of food! It was a lovely experience altogether for my daughter and I!

Breakfast was our favorite part. The coffee machine was broken and unclean. We were on the 6th floor. And the lounge upstairs was way too loud. We wouldn’t stay there ever again.

This hotel was everything we needed for a date night at the hard rock. Everything was seamless, clean, the room was cold, and the beds were comfy. The shuttle left every half hour and was super convenient. Breakfast was really cute for a buffet. The pool was amazing, the only thing it could use is more chaise lounges. The restaurant was closed bc it’s Friday, which we knew it would be. We got the shred balcony on floor 3 and it was totally fine and facing the guitar.

Breakfast is not included in the price paid, they charge you an additional $35 dollars for breakfast and shuttle services which are not optional. In addition you have to pay valet parking, self parking is not an option.
Aside from that the hotel is in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, AC runs nicely and hot water is incredibly good, super hot and amazing pressure.
Bed is really comfortable and everything is very clean and well maintained.
Only disappointing factors are the hidden fees which would not bother me much if you knew before hand or included in the price you pay. Is really annoying once you are there realizing you will be charged another hundred per day.
Location is perfect to attend concerts and activities in the guitar hotel. You just need to cross the street.

房间干净卫生，但音乐低音炮持续到凌晨并且无法解决。服务员态度冷淡，但是管理层都微笑服务。餐厅很奇怪没人接电话，一会说营业一会说不营业。早餐区域异常狭窄，就餐体验差
我们晚上入住，到了房间，房间里有耳塞，可以隔绝“城市噪音”。但一点城市噪音都没有。房间里有个发电机，听起来就像一架直升机降落在你床上一样。我一夜没睡，今晚的浪漫之旅也泡汤了。
收费错误，而且机器整晚噪音很大。更别提里面还有一股难闻的气味。
