The view was great, no hand towels or washcloths in room, very loud mechanical system made it hard to sleep, we got there at 3:30pm and were told there was “happy hour” at the rooftop bar, we went up there, no one was around at all!

Great view of the Hard Rock guitar. Nice breakfast, beautiful rooftop pool. Everything worked. Pillows on the soft side.

我给我妈妈订了这个房间给她过生日，结果她入住体验简直糟透了。早餐很难吃。停车费每天要35美元。他们居然还要收清洁费……房间里还有虫子……等等。这个酒店周末两天就花了我将近1000美元，你们竟然还有脸为这些基本服务额外收费……你们毁了我妈妈的生日之旅……我一定会向所有认识的人吐槽你们这垃圾酒店的！
房间干净卫生，但音乐低音炮持续到凌晨并且无法解决。服务员态度冷淡，但是管理层都微笑服务。餐厅很奇怪没人接电话，一会说营业一会说不营业。早餐区域异常狭窄，就餐体验差
