1. No elevators available. Problem for senior citizens.
2. Very late service time. Had ordered tea. And it took 1 hr and 4 follow ups for the same
3. Very high electricity down time. Generator not capable to cater total load.
4. TV recharges not done.
A lot of improvement can be done.

Check in very smooth, Manager on duty very professional and polite. Staff was good and supportive. Hotel is very new and conveniently located on highway and near to Mata Ji. Stayed with family of 7-8, family room was spacious and well kept up clean and smell free.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vrinda with family. It was a wonderful experience. Room size is big enough and decent. Service is top notch. Staff is very polite. Cleanliness is also very well maintained. Food quality was excellent. They have ample parking space within their premises. They also have EV charging station. It is the best hotel in maihar. I recommend Hotel Vrinda if you are visiting Maihar.

Property and location of hotel vrinda is very good, rooms are good and clean, but staff was not appropriate, not proper dressed up, late service etc. They need to be improve lot

Location is most convenient for Road Travellers. Food is good. Staffs were cordial and looking eager to help. Wifi, I found erratic. A good hotel to stay if you are visiting Maihar.
