Was hoping for more . Upon arrival , check in was smooth since I had a digital key . Room upon entry was overwhelmingly warm (83) . I adjusted the a/c unit to accommodate my need but it did not cool the room down. I called the front desk and they said it would take at least a day to cool off. They where correct but seriously this was a real issue . For this price point to not have a working a/c is ridiculous. I asked for a different room , they would not accommodate. I stayed in room 338 which was the 1 bedroom suite with Balcony. I really wanted to like this place but the room was very used and beat up . In fact the balcony moved when you walked on it . If you are visiting Moab I would suggest looking for an alternative . Hotel needs a renovation badly .

酒店回复: I'm glad that the digital key provided a smooth check-in for your stay. Sorry that the room wasn't cooler when you first arrived. Our A/C units are completely silent, so most people think they're not working; but if it took an entire day then something is probably wrong, I'll make sure our maintenance team check's that out, they do need filter changes from time to time; generally the A/C shouldn't take more than an hour to properly cool down. We try to accommodate our guests whenever possible, but we unfortunately are not always able to do so, especially if we're fully sold out in our busy season. I'll make sure that we can take a look at the balcony and room to make sure everything is up to standards and well maintained. Thank you for your review, hopefully we'll be able to make some good changes for the future.

Our stay at the Hilton Casitas in Moab, Utah, was beyond amazing! We originally just needed a place to sleep since it was getting dark, but we ended up discovering so much more. The Casitas are separate from the main hotel, yet they offer all the same amenities plus access to the Steak House. What really set them apart was the private hot tub and the beautifully steamy pool—pure relaxation! To top it off, our two dogs were officially inducted into the VOO HOO VIP Puppy Pass and received adorable gift baskets. We were simply looking for a place to rest, but now we’re already planning our next trip back!

The brand new casitas are spacious and lux. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen and living space, it was perfect for my family of 6. Each room has a private bathroom which was nice with our large family. There is an onsite restaurant and spa and casita guests can use the hotel pool and/or the casita pool. The location is ideal just a block off of Main Street. I highly recommend this place for your next family vacation.

This is our first night here. I am dreading the next two nights and figuring out if I am going to pack everything up and find another hotel. The place is fairly new but not well kept. It doesn’t seem like they get much occupancy in the casitas. This stay was not comfortable at all. The casita is large and spacious. Everything else was disappointing. We have stayed at other places in Moab for fraction of the price and much cleaner. The carpets weren’t vacuum and appeared dirty. The sinks had hair in them. The kitchen had stove and dishwasher without any dishwasher detergent and sponges. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty like they haven’t been used in a long time and bugs and dust in them. The beds were gross. The top of the beds had dead bugs and little pieces of trash on them. One of the beds had a dead bug. Like they just been kept empty for a long time. The king bed had really used bedding, it was rough on the feet part. It felt dirty. The cold front is coming. The thermostat does not work correctly. It was freezing and it kept going back down to 69 even thought I kept adjusting to 73. Now it’s hot. For this price, it is truly disappointing experience. Don’t waste your money here.
