Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 I’ve stayed at Hotel Mashtots twice – once alone and once with my family (including my child) – and both times were truly excellent! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Yerevan. Republic Square is just a short walk away, and North Avenue and the Opera House are literally steps from the hotel. The Cascade, museums, cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. It's the perfect spot for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable. When I stayed alone, I appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere. During my family stay, we were all very comfortable, and my child also enjoyed the experience. Despite being in the city center, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff is outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast is fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. You can feel that the team genuinely cares about the guest experience, and everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Positive: Excellent central location (close to Republic Square, North Avenue, Opera) Clean and comfortable rooms Quiet despite central location Friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast Suitable for solo travelers and families Negative: Honestly, I didn’t experience anything negative during my stays. I highly recommend Hotel Mashtots and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yerevan!

我很少对一家酒店如此失望。该结构位于停车场内。所有房间都位于地下。浴室气味难闻。接待员英语说得不好而且很粗鲁。我建议您在付款之前先看看房间（就我而言，那个人在我进入接待处的同时就要求付款，猜猜为什么）。
令人厌恶的酒店，工作人员很粗鲁。他们不接受难民家庭的付款，理由是他们会造成混乱。非常多！这样的人只会给国家丢脸！我是一名旅行社，永远不会向我的任何客户推荐这家酒店。
我们办理入住时，两条毯子上都有很多头发。把它们送回去清洗，他们只退了一条，又拿走了另一条。一直都是睡着薄薄的床单。可悲的是，你确实得到了你付出的代价。
预订时预订的房间，不可取消，预订已确认。我在抵达前一天收到一条消息，警告我没有房间并要求我取消！而取消的是酒店！这看起来像是预订方面的一种策略……另一位客户可能准备支付更多费用？？？？我不得不另找一家酒店，而且更贵……
这家酒店在最后一刻取消了我们的预订。没有向我们提供替代解决方案。然而，预订得到确认。这是不可接受的，它导致我们产生额外的费用。因此，我强烈反对预订中心不提供的这家酒店
