就国际标准而言，他们需要改进厨房菜品的多样性。菜单上的许多菜品都缺货，而且大部分都是辣的。除了煮鸡蛋，早餐我几乎什么都不能吃，甚至蒸香蕉在我住的四晚中也只提供过一次。工作人员无法明确告诉我哪些菜是不辣的，所以我自己看了菜单，点了一些我根本不能吃的东西。有一天晚上我甚至没法睡觉，因为大堂太吵了，一群人在那里大喊大叫，还敲打着那一层楼的每一扇门。我向前台投诉后，安静了30分钟，但之后直到早上8点，那群人又开始大声喧哗。这到底是怎么回事，为什么会允许这种情况发生？我投诉了失眠的夜晚后，前台的KKM工作人员只是说了声“对不起，女士”。而且那天早上，我付费的自助早餐也没有提供，我只能点客房服务，吃些有限的餐点。KKM需要为酒店住客提供更好的安保服务。

Not a great place to stay, filthy linen even after changing it was filthy. We had gone to Guruvayur Temple for a early darshan and on our way back we were late. We asked the restaurant manager to pack a breakfast for one person who could not make it on time, but the arrogant Manager refuse and we had to address the problem with the front office, Reception who helpful and asked the restaurant manager to pack some in spite of all this impact, just one Vada and two Idlis when we asked him, is that the breakfast one can have only yes, that’s all. I’ll give you then. I lost my cool and gave a piece of my mind and packed whatever I wanted in front of him. Never advise anybody to stay there.

There was a foul smell in the room.Charge was very high(Snickers which is 50/- in retail shops is charged at 150/- .)Staff behaviour is not good and co operative.They are collecting heavy extra charges for early check in and check out.Very bad experience will never visit the hotel in my life time

The location was in the main city and easily accessible to temple and zoo. The amenities and services were good. The swimming pool was neat and clear and we had a good time with kids there.

Location was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.
