Not a great place to stay, filthy linen even after changing it was filthy. We had gone to Guruvayur Temple for a early darshan and on our way back we were late. We asked the restaurant manager to pack a breakfast for one person who could not make it on time, but the arrogant Manager refuse and we had to address the problem with the front office, Reception who helpful and asked the restaurant manager to pack some in spite of all this impact, just one Vada and two Idlis when we asked him, is that the breakfast one can have only yes, that’s all. I’ll give you then. I lost my cool and gave a piece of my mind and packed whatever I wanted in front of him. Never advise anybody to stay there.
就国际标准而言，他们需要改进厨房菜品的多样性。菜单上的许多菜品都缺货，而且大部分都是辣的。除了煮鸡蛋，早餐我几乎什么都不能吃，甚至蒸香蕉在我住的四晚中也只提供过一次。工作人员无法明确告诉我哪些菜是不辣的，所以我自己看了菜单，点了一些我根本不能吃的东西。有一天晚上我甚至没法睡觉，因为大堂太吵了，一群人在那里大喊大叫，还敲打着那一层楼的每一扇门。我向前台投诉后，安静了30分钟，但之后直到早上8点，那群人又开始大声喧哗。这到底是怎么回事，为什么会允许这种情况发生？我投诉了失眠的夜晚后，前台的KKM工作人员只是说了声“对不起，女士”。而且那天早上，我付费的自助早餐也没有提供，我只能点客房服务，吃些有限的餐点。KKM需要为酒店住客提供更好的安保服务。
屋顶露台去了好几次，景色和氛围都超棒！食物质量也很好。
服务很好，食物也不错！
房间里有一股难闻的气味。价格非常高（零售店里50卢比的士力架，在这里要价150卢比）。员工态度恶劣，不配合。他们还收取高额的提前入住和退房费用。非常糟糕的体验，我这辈子都不会再来这家酒店了。
我没能在KKM酒店入住，因为我到前台时，他们直接告诉我“房间已满”。尽管我之前已经打了两次电话确认预订。前台的工作人员态度极其恶劣，甚至连我哭着要吃的小孩都视而不见。后来我和总经理沟通后才知道，是酒店搞错了。
这次酒店住宿体验糟透了。员工毫无作为。我多次要电视遥控器，都没人理我。我对这家酒店非常失望。
地理位置不错，但酒店维护状况不佳，入口大厅到处都是垃圾，厕所里还发现了蟑螂。
早上办理入住时，前台工作人员态度非常差，根本不把客人放在眼里，体验非常糟糕。
