Cockroach infested modern rooms with decent amenities. Unfriendly staff and average quality food. Its located conveniently close to the Kacheguda railway station which is the only plus.

It was an excellent experience. The staffs were polite, helpful and cordial. The was clean neat and spacious. I would recommend this place for families.

property location is 5 minutes walking distance from kachiguda railway station which is very easy to reach. there food, amenities &services are very good. behavior of staff is pollite. Food was excellent. And there service is very good.behavior of staff is pollite. Property situated on prime location only 5 minutes walking distance from kachiguda railway station. Facilities is also good but my room's shower not worked properly.except only this overall experience with this property is very good.

It's very neat and clean stay, breakfast was very good. All staffs are very supportive. Moreover very close to all major attractions.

Hotel room needs a lot of upgradation, found a lot of cockroaches all over the room and bathroom and also in the breakfast table. Pls look into this issue.

AC was not working. The wall mounted fan was getting switched off every ten minutes and again was getting switched on again after a gsp of about ten minutes. This happened throughout the night.

Neatly maintained property with good staff & nice breakfast / food.
Had stayed for 2 nights, was very comfortable & could see lot of families also staying probably because of vacations.
房间很脏，有异味，床单太旧，有异味。经过多次要求，客房服务生拿来了客房喷雾。热水杯和奶粉都有，但没有找到咖啡或茶包。当我询问前台时，他们只是说他们的储藏室已经关闭，只有早上 8 点后才开放。当我在早上 8 点和 9 点询问时，他们的储藏室仍然没有开放。我要了一杯咖啡，前台人员粗鲁地说“一楼有咖啡”。现在，经理来了，说会把茶包送到房间里。半小时后，他们送来了茶包，说不给咖啡。在他们看来，客人似乎是乞丐。这是一次非常糟糕和痛苦的经历。
