Better construction
I think construction has an opportunity to put more into building the structure to make it quieter. I heard nothing but foot steps which I should not hear every foot step around me. Everything else was perfect and the staff was the best! Thank you

Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable . It was only minutes from the beach. It was surprising to come back after we had been out to find that my bed have been straightened and towels have been refreshed.

Good hotel but the TV had lost all channels for about 4 hours when we checked in,aThis would not have been so bad but the Ryder cup was on so we missed about 4 hours of it,Everything else was good.

.The hotel is great we enjoy staying here this was our second time. But under staffed. Check in is 3:00PM we arrived just after 5:30 along with other guest and was told our rooms was not ready we could sit in lobby. Reception was friendly and calling supervisor trying to get the rooms ready. Room took another 40 minutes to get ready and other guest coming in experience the same issues. Staff was friendly great breakfast options beds are comfortable. Love the Dove products available in shower. My husband has no patience and was upset about waiting we had been up early to travel snd spent day at beach and was all tired and hungry wanted to check in and go eat. It was inconvenience. I would say definitely work on staffing. Rooms should be available at check in time. Definitely shouldn't wait until almost 6:30 for check in. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to waiting.
