No one was in the office to check in, and no one came when we rang the bell. Could not check in, so we had to go elsewhere. Booking was nonrefundable, so we lost our money.

The hotel was dirty, such as the towel, bathroom, kitchen has a cockroach, the tables has dust and couch has stained all over. The fridge is so disgusting and smells. If its not a last minute needing a room i will not stay here. The staff is so defensive and rude when i was trying to notify them regarding the cockroach laying on top of the counter. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.
