Driving up to the property we didn't feel safe. We actually booked at another hotel and didn't even stop The car just kept driving. Tried calling to cancel but had a very hard time understanding the guy that answered the phone.

Therefore you will be charged, however you can speak with the manager to recolve any issues. Thank you.
