The service of the 3rd class AC was not working, and the lift buttons were also not functioning. Even after asking four times, it took 40 minutes for someone to come. A boy came to check the AC and said it wasn’t working; he would come back. He returned after half an hour and said, “Sir, I’ve fixed it now. I was having breakfast.”

It was comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel is at posh location and very well connected. The food quality was great. I just had a challenge that the AC in my room particularly was not functioning well

Location and atmosphere was good, rooms were near. The staff was very helping, especially the dining staff, Manager Mr Tarun, Nikhil and Shailender at the reception. Food was also good.

It was good all over, but some cleanness were not there, cattle was full of dust and decayed material. And there were web in the room and toilets also a smoke smell was always there in the toilet in room 3119. Despite this everything was good. Besd and stay and service was good.

Hotel at Hazratganj, which locaion is historical and nearby to hazratganj market. Rooms and service is so good and specially staff is very friendly as they have नफासत of lucknow. I enjoy meal a lot. It is so delicious. It is amazing experience with hotel Regenta central lacknow. So important is it is pocket friendly also. Thanks
我们是三个来自新西兰的朋友，在Regenta住了两晚。酒店环境不错，房间也很舒适。工作人员为我们加了一张床，这样我们就能都住在同一个房间，这太棒了。这家酒店融合了古典魅力和实惠的住宿，我们觉得性价比很高。工作人员非常乐于助人，也很细心。他们为我们安排了快速洗衣服务，甚至还帮我们弄来了一副扑克牌送到酒店。经理还就如何办理印度电话卡、哪里能喝到咖啡以及如何乘坐火车给了我们建议。他还赠送了我们一些关于勒克瑙和瓦拉纳西（我们下一站的目的地）的指南。
我们很感激酒店允许我们延迟退房，并且还很贴心地为我们保管了行李，直到我们搭乘深夜火车。
