All ok but need some professional touch. 1. If i booked and if i am not coming you should call me. 2. I came or not my allotted room has to be ready. Which was not there. 3. Tv was not recharged. 4. Wifi worked after struggle at 9 pm. Rest ok

People are very nice food are awesome all reception staff are very nicely talk rooms are neat and clean security facility are available pickup and drop are also available room view is also very good the land mark hotel is one if the best hotel in bihar this hotel is maintain a luxury environment

Property is good. Food is nice. Still need to work upon the comfort part. Tv and dish not working. In-spite of change in set top box twice same does not work properly.

I had a great stay at one of the best hotels in muzaffarpur. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and everything was well-prepared. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Rude restaurant staff. As we need to visit temple, requested them to pack our breakfast only dry items. Restaurant manager told rudely that they could not do packing for few items. They can do packing for 1 or2 items only. The worst part was his behaviour and treatment to us like begger. Rooms are okay. But such kind of staff behaviour malign the reputation of hotel.
