We had a family day that was close to this hotel. This is why I chose this particular one. I just spent one night here and it was perfect. I would stay again if I needed to. We spent most of our time with family and got here later than check in. Therefore we didn’t take advantage of the pool this time. The rooms were perfect for my husband, granddaughters and I.

Kid friendly excellent staff the lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind it was my daughter’s 6 th birthday she said happy birthday to her and really made her feel special I didn’t get her name but thank you so much!

the breakfast was good. The room we booked was 2 queen beds but they called us at 1:30 on 8/30 and said they overbooked the rooms and it was not available. They suggested a one king bed room which was not good because it was myself and my adult son and we needed 2 separate beds. After much debate ended up with a king bed and a queen size sofa sleeper-which was not very comfortable. Got to room and there were dirty smear marks in bathroom all over floor, sticky spots on coffee table and worst of all I pulled back the blanket on the king bed and the sheets were dirty, stained and had hair all over - so obviously they never changed them.

Tried to charge me $114 for incidental,then said she made a mistake.. it was $50 for incidentals but my card was charged $58.93 . I’ve never had a hotel add taxes on incidentals. So what is the added tax for and why?

The property is dated and can use some upgrades (the shower seal was broken and maybe the shower just needs an upgrade but was sus.). The staff was very nice though. The room itself was as expected. The AC probably needs servicing also.

Only stayed for a few hours as I was passing through. Wish I had of had more time to take advantage of the amenities. The room was nice, the breakfast looked good and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again if it is on my route when traveling.
