Check in and check out were a breeze. Steven and the other front desk were very helpful and accommodating for our large family. However, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We checked in on a Thursday night and didn’t get any housekeeping services until Sunday. We had to call for extra towels on Saturday and that took about 30 minutes to get. Our tissue box was empty and they didn’t bother to change it out. Little things like that were disappointing when the rest of the hotel was such a good experience. The location was very convenient, but I don’t know that I would stay at this Home2Suites again.

Just an overnight stay, but everything was delightful. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this location if you are ever in the area.

I thought it was a very nice clean property the only issue I had was we were unable to get our rooms clean for the whole time we were there that we did not get fresh towels and sheets we were told we would but then never happened

I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Bolingbrook, Chicago, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Everything about the hotel was on point — from check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was clean, modern, and welcoming.
What stood out to me the most was the room size. It was impressively spacious — far more generous than I anticipated. The layout was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room to relax, work, and move around comfortably. Whether you’re staying for a night or an extended period, the space really adds to the comfort.
The amenities were solid as well — everything you’d expect from a well-run Home2 Suites: a well-equipped kitchenette, reliable Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and even swimming pool.
If there’s one area that felt a bit underwhelming, it would be the breakfast. While it was definitely appreciated, the selection was fairly limited and the overall quality didn’t quite match the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. It felt more like a basic, convenient start to the day rather than a highlight of the stay.
All in all, I was very pleased with my experience. I’d happily return, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — especially if you value having a bit of extra space in your room!
