Customer service is at a high standard. Staff is friendly without being intrusive. Shout out to Melissa in the breakfast area. She is what great establishments are made of! Great coffee every single day! Nice breakfast.
Rooms: love the pillows! These pillows are for me. Soft, contours to my sleeping pattern and are just so comfy. I slept extremely well.
The area is not walkable due to Hwy 501 and you can't just cross the street to get to restaurants or to CCU (3 mins away)-you need to drive or take Uber. But i still think it is more than worth a stay as it is still close to downtown Conway, airport, The Market Commons etc. You will also need to order dinner for delivery if you can't go out.
My wish: water in the room. Dinner served onsite or options to buy something other than salty snacks.

Best Beds Ever
The front desk staff at check in (Quisha) was phenomenal! The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds ever which was great. We did have a leak in the bathroom shower, but the staff took care of it right away. Internet was spotty due to construction outside. Will stay here again for all future Conway Trips to visit CCU.

We like the fact that we are close to CCU for parents weekend. It does appear that they increase the room prices significantly for this weekend which is unfortunate
The pillows are awful - they do nothing for you. The mattresses are not comfortable. This is our second stay - with making reservations no the in advance - and when we check in there are always issues with our reservation - despite us supplying our confirmation informations.
