Best Beds Ever
The front desk staff at check in (Quisha) was phenomenal! The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds ever which was great. We did have a leak in the bathroom shower, but the staff took care of it right away. Internet was spotty due to construction outside. Will stay here again for all future Conway Trips to visit CCU.

We like the fact that we are close to CCU for parents weekend. It does appear that they increase the room prices significantly for this weekend which is unfortunate
The pillows are awful - they do nothing for you. The mattresses are not comfortable. This is our second stay - with making reservations no the in advance - and when we check in there are always issues with our reservation - despite us supplying our confirmation informations.

I stayed here the last week of August 2025. I have to say I thought it was one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed at in my long traveling history. The staff were incredibly nice, especially the ladies running the breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious And they could not do enough to help you out. The hotel was absolutely spotless and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in this area. 10/10. And for the ladies who ran the breakfast buffet, I want to give them 20/10 as they just went above and beyond each morning and we’re so pleasant and helpful to be around.

College Tour Visit - Great Experience
Very nice hotel--great location, very clean--beds comfortable--loved having the soap/shampoo, etc. installed in the shower. Very nice front desk staff.

门总是卡在地毯上，很难进房间。洗完澡后大约一分钟就没有热水了。不得不去上班，所以不得不洗个冷水澡。外面是 34 度，不得不洗个冷水澡。去煮咖啡，只喝了不含咖啡因的咖啡。不得不赶紧准备下楼，这样我就可以边准备边喝咖啡。办理入住时工作人员非常友好
