Taj Pashan Garh is a superb place with awesome location, environs, great food, amazing staff and service and superb hospitality at the next level. Service was always prompt and with a smile. We were greeted by the staff waving at arrival, and at departure. Special mention of Rakesh who served us amazingly, the ever accessible GM Aakash and the very personable naturalist Himmat. Rooms were immaculately done with all required amenities and a superb outdoor seating area overlooking the forest. We didn't book the safari through them, but since we had a 6 am safari to.the panna tiger preserve, they packed breakfast and beverages with us enough for us and our driver and guide. They even provided blankets and hot water bottles for all of us!!

Our stay at the Taj Safari in Panna was such a wonderful experience! We chose this property to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Although it was a warm summer day, the stunning views and fantastic amenities made us feel at home. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was just perfect. Tough Taj is in the buffer zone of the jungle, the amenities here really elevate the experience. One highlight was the swimming pool — how amazing was it to spot deer while enjoying a dip? It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience! A big thank you to the entire team at Pashan Garh for making us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived at the porch. You turned our stay into a cosy five-star getaway!

Everything was perfect from the warm welcome to the extraordinary cottage lost in the woods. True we didn’t see tigers but we got so much more and what we will remember is the warm hospitality, the romantic dinner by the moonlight (and a few stars) and napping / meditating on the day bed in our own private courtyard, only interrupted every now and then by birds chirping or monkey quarrelling … we haven’t been this relaxed, or spoilt, in many years. Thank you to the wonderful staff, in particular Karun and Sumit!

This is an exquisite jungle lodge located about 40 minutes by car from the Panna reserve. It is a wonderful place to come home to after seeing Bengal Tigers in the reserve. The amenities, food, service and setting greatly compliment the Safari experience.

One of the first visits into a small sanctuary property of Taj in Pashangarh Panna, turned out to be an adventurous and amazing stay. The sprawling property of 200 acres of which a small portion houses the rooms, spread out in clusters, itself gave a stay in a forest, with easily spottable spotted Deer, peacock, wild boar and langurs ( luckily they don’t disturb humans) and the occasional civet, pangolin to give company. The movement of guests, without staff is fully discouraged within the area, though The villa ( sorry for the urbane term), was rustic, flooring with cobbled stones and huge bedroom, bathroom and the courtyard of sorts with a gazebo, is quite royale in a jungle. It therefore comes with the dedicated team to keep the guests happy in every way, whether making multiple trips for every need and also ability to reach in short time. Though I cannot expect them to be as suave as their city colleagues, but their humility, open minded conversation and enthusiasm to keep us happy is great and well appreciated We had a nice 3 night stay, comfortable, relaxing and lucky to have kept our date with 6 tigers in the only morning safari to the core area that we went. The only two suggestions that we have, related to the show area ( water spills everywhere) where the platform is flat with no water drain from it. An advice to guests to only visit the core area, as the safari in buffer area is just a waste of money. A big thanks to our naturalist Dipanshu, care taker Prakash, room service Sunil and Ajay in front office and all of those nice smiling faces who made our stay memorable.

If you’re looking to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature, this is the place. There was a sense of calm – the kind that only nature and Taj’s signature hospitality can provide. We are a big time Taj Loyalists and the hospitality of this lodge gave us another reason to stay loyal. Warmth and attentiveness of the staff is highly appreciated. Special Mention for Aakash, Our naturalist George (his passion engulfed us and guess he's one of the few who can understand my love for monsoons, jungle and serenity all together), Butlers- Sumit & Rakesh, the chefs and security personnel, rather all the staff we didn't get to interact with but equally contributed to keep us comfortable and make us feel loved. Thank You is just two words, the feelings are way deeper than we can express.

we had an awesome experience during our stay at Pashan Garh. All the staff whom we had direct interaction with & behind the scene staff did their best at providing us with an experience we will always cherish. Special mention about George (naturalist) who was our companion throughout our stay , ensured that we were always taken care off and did his best to understand and meet all our requests and expectations. Overall George provided great service , and is passionate & knowledgeable . Prakash , our butler also provided us great service , very observant and proactive in his approach.

My husband and I were in Panna Pashangarh and we had the most memorable time. Thanks to Taj Holidays and Taj Safari team. the hospitality was at its best as always. Taj spoils you in many ways that one can't think of and you notice the difference in service levels when you stay with other hotel groups. Amazing Food by the chef - bundelkhand thaali , dinner buffet set up under glittering stars as a surprise for all guests , superb and well designed big size rooms and washrooms. Safari was outstanding as well - the naturalists are very well trained - thanks and huge Kudos to George Mathew for all the knowledge he shared about animal life and jungle drives. Our trip to Khajuraho was also great and Taj organised a very capable person as a guide there that made all the difference - Mr Anurag. Its worth taking a guide in Khajuraho and the well read ones make all the difference. My entire kudos and thanks to Taj team - Aakash the manager, Ajay the manager, Chef, Sumit, Karan, Suresh, George Mathew, Debashis , Khushi and all -- we thank you for making it memorable and one of the best vacations we had. We will definitely do other safari's in years to come.

This was our fourth visit to the property, one of the most unique Jungle property in India. Staff is always cordial, welcoming, and remembered all of our preferences shared in prior trip. A lovely dinner was setup one evening in the jungle. Overall, exceptional personalized care. Special mention for Rakesh ji, Mahendra ji, Sumit ji, Chef Aidan ji, Ajay ji, Dhrupal ji, Suresh ji, Devashish ji, and Aakash ji. And, I am sure I have missed few more names who provided above and beyond experience

Pros - there are 12 cottages in 200 acres so nice jungle feel. Staff is very sweet & respectful but they are untrained (most of them are locals from nearby and none of them have done any sort of formal training it seems). Cons - very basic rooms (not worth the price.at all), showers are a nightmare (hot becomes cold without warning), food is pathetic (there is no flavour or taste and the service is also really bad with the staff completely unable to handle basic food needs). Given you are stuck in the property which is middle of nowhere, there is no option but to eat their bland food. Also the property doesn’t even have a basic activity room for adults with games or like a pool table or carrom (so post the morning safari, the whole day there is nothing to do but watch the jungle from your room which is nice but beyond a point, it would have been nice to have other stuff to do). There is nothing for kids to do here so forget about coming here with kids. For the price being charged, this property is not worth it. There are many other nicer properties in the region which one can explore. Sorry Taj Safari - you fail to impress.
