The photos are misleading. They show a standard sized flat for 2. The room for 2 that we had was so small that, for example, if one of us wanted to go to the bathroom the other had to stand by the exit door and could not sit at the table. ALSO the double bed was against the wall so that on one side you had to get in from the end.
Had we known thois we would NOT have booked. Ridiculous.

Checking in was by phone and the elevator wasn’t working at the time we checked in. With 2 luggage’s weighing at least 23 Kilograms each, I almost break my back going up 3 plight of stairs. This event affected my sciatic nerve rendering me immobile for the rest of the evening.

My experience with HitRental was deeply disappointing and disruptive. Despite having already made the payment, I was incessantly harassed throughout my stay with demands for payment. I provided evidence multiple times via screenshots over email, but they continued to harass me and my family over VRBO messages, email, and voice calls, yet they continued to claim they hadn't received it, forcing me to resend the same information repeatedly. This constant badgering severely impacted our ability to enjoy our trip. Adding to the frustration, an alarm went off early in the morning, shocking us awake. When I raised this issue with HitRental, their dismissive response was that it lasted "only for 30 seconds." This cavalier attitude towards their guests' peace and quiet is unacceptable. I chose this rental for relaxation, but HitRental failed to provide even the basic courtesy of a hassle-free experience. I strongly advise against using their services.

The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean.
The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay.
