We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as you may need to note, the breakfast was not free. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, but they only refresh the towels and bedding and every other day of your stay, we were only there for 2 nights, therefore our room was not cleaned. Also we had a problem with the blinds -- one of the draw strings to lower the blind broke. Upon checkout we advised the front desk, they assured us that we were not going to be charged for the blind breaking. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Parking fine & receptionist was friendly however , did not provide correct information of bar - said it opened at 4pm on Sunday -long drive & was canceled last minute from Days Inn - sure needed to relax

Kim Douglass at the front desk is such an asset for your hotel! She was so kind and helpful and check in was a breeze! In addition, my husband left his Apple Watch in the room and within a few hours, we got a call from Tiffany that it had been found! Such a wonderful bunch of people at this hotel and having a restaurant in the lobby is priceless! Unfortunately we were only at this hotel for one night but we will definitely be back soon and for longer!

Absolutely terrible help when the fridge wasn’t working! I NEEDED a working fridge for my dogs allergy antigen! Was told maintenance said it was working!!! Unbelievable.. entree took so long in restaurant that I could t eat it- no fridge to keep it in!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!! Hilton always does way better than this!! Shame!

The hotel restaurant was very handy and quite good since many Trinidad restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. So it was a nice option. Rooms comfortable and had a nice roomy bathroom.

Everything was great except the shower with Very little pressure and hard to regulate the temperature.
The Air Conditioner wouldn't get cold and kept shutting off during the night.

房间还不错,但早餐餐厅的服务很慢,我不得不自己去拿番茄酱,还要自己要牛奶加咖啡。这完全不像希尔顿花园酒店一贯的服务水平,而且我之前还提前预订了早餐,因为通常来说希尔顿花园酒店的早餐很不错,但我以后可能不会再这么做了。
