Friendly staff. Clean room. Wish it had a small restaurant and bar. Noisy-can hear people walking upstairs, their tv and people in hallway.

Great stay again. We always stay here when in London. We were in a first floor room and had ants all around the a/c. Didn’t bother us too much just had to bring it to their attention.

Great location with several restaurants around. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Hotel is very clean and brand new. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Hotel located very conveniently off of I-75 in London, KY. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Numerous fast food and a very good selection of sit down restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and extras. Overall a very nice place.

Easy access to interstate. Clean room with new carpeting and updated bathroom. Very friendly staff. Nice variety of warm and cold breakfast items. Comfy bed. Would stay again!

停车场进出很方便。房间和浴室都很干净。浴缸底部有防滑颗粒，淋浴时不易滑倒。唯一让我不太满意的是房间里空气清新剂（椰子油）的味道太浓了，浓到会头疼。可能是喷得太浓，为了掩盖前一位房客留下的气味。总的来说，入住体验不错，但我觉得价格有点偏高。
很遗憾，这家酒店正在走下坡路。
酒店很干净，但开始出现疏于维护的迹象。如果你提出要求，工作人员会很不耐烦。预订时，我要求房间尽可能靠近。办理入住的工作人员却不耐烦地吼道，酒店已经客满了，只能这样安排。我问是否可以更换一个房型，让房间更靠近一些，他甚至连看都不看一眼。电视机经常出问题——我们费了好大劲才修好，不得不把电视机后面的插头拔掉，然后等它重新加载。我们其中一个房间完全停电了，我试着打电话给前台，但没人接——只好下楼，感觉自己像是在给工作人员添麻烦。他们确实重置了断路器，但之后就再也没有跟进或询问过我们的情况。早餐工作人员开始催促客人离开，他们走来走去，大声告诉客人早餐要结束了，我们需要赶紧去买自己想吃的东西。总而言之，这次入住体验和我们以往入住这家酒店的体验截然不同。
