The entire staff was great from the front desk to house keeping my kids loved how the house keepers set up their stuffed animals on the bed and their breakfast was awesome i give this place 2 thumbs up and a A+ next visit im booking country inn and suites again

The staff at the hotel was friendly and breakfast was amazing! However, there were lots of roaches everywhere in the room. As the lights turn on, they scatter. They came from the dresser, on the tv, in the tub, and on the toilet. The whole time, I took all garbage to the big garbage bin down the hallway. We never kept any garbage in the room to prevent them from hanging out in the room, but that may have only minimized it. Other people's hair were on and in the pillow cases and in the bathroom towels. Some of the pieces were very long.

If I could give this place is zero I would maybe even a double zero the place was filthy. The rooms were disgusting. We got switched out of two rooms because the smell was disgusting the TV remotes didn’t work. They were filthy. Then we moved into the third room where the TV wouldn’t even turn on this review is basically for the owner of the building. They really need to get on the ball. I travel throughout the country and internationally multiple times a year and this is the worst place that I’ve ever stayed in. I feel bad for the staff. They could only do so much with what they’re given. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also OK. The building is old but those carpets in the entire building need to be replaced. It is disgusting. There’s mold throughout. It gives you the feel of paying by the hour.

I don’t know if it was just my room or what, but the walls are very thin. I could not sleep both nights. Doors slamming day and night. It sounded like nascar was right outside the window and I was on the 5th floor. I’ve never made a review like this, im not picky. But the sheets could have been cleaner the tub was rusty, I just felt dirty being there. No complaints about staff and had a better breakfast than I thought. Oh and again I’m not sure if it was just my room or not but the air was so loud!! I’ve never slept this bad at a hotel before I never entered REM sleep because of the air, the cars, and the really loud door slamming. I hate leaving bad reviews because I know it effects the staff but I’m the type of person that only sleeps at the hotel since I’m out all day doing stuff, and if I’m not comfortable sleeping at a hotel, it’s the worst when you’re tired from being out all day.

This hotel should not be listed on your site. We booked our soccer team at this hotel because it was close to the soccer field where the tournament was taken place but unfortunately once we arrived the nightmare began.
The first room assigned to us the toilet wasn’t working and there were cockroaches coming out of the sink and under the bed.
We asked for a new room and this one the pull out sofa had mold and smell like urine.
This place overall is a dump and hope to

The ac in the room was not cold even though it was set to 69 and had to be set to continuously as it never turned on. The shower was dirty with mold and rust and dripped even when off. Overall the room needs an upgrade. The pool was cloudy and looked like the walls needed a good cleaning. There was also a cockroach running across the floor by the ice machine.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, but room needs improvement. First, walls had multiple stains, drawers had scratches, and certain area of the carpets felt damp. Second, the room had a rather unpleasant odor emanating from the A/C, turning it down resolved the issue. Thankfully, beds and bathroom was clean. Overall, good stay for a last minute booking, but cleanliness needs to be addressed.
