Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, but room needs improvement. First, walls had multiple stains, drawers had scratches, and certain area of the carpets felt damp. Second, the room had a rather unpleasant odor emanating from the A/C, turning it down resolved the issue. Thankfully, beds and bathroom was clean. Overall, good stay for a last minute booking, but cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Won't stay again
The bed was awful, not comfortable, the floor felt damp. Tile floor in bathroom uneven. The room had a moist, musty smell.

advertised as having a kitchen
when checked in was told there were no kitchens, that they are a fire hazard. this was the reason we chose this hotel, a longer than usual stay and prefer to cook.
we stayed 8/29/25 and checked out in the morning. we were told by the front desk that we would receive a refund per the assistant gm jodi recker

The hotel was average, small lobby area, the room had a musty smell. The breakfast on the weekend did not start till 7 when during the week it starts at 6. It should also start at 6 on the weekends, especially when the Sport Complex is having a tournament. Front desk service was excellent.

My room was on the third floor, and the elevator was broken. I’m 62. It made it very difficult.
The first one that was given to me, the key did not work, would not open the door. So the staff gave me a different room, everything was fine after that.
