We called the hotel to stay 2 nights.. they welcomed us with open arms. The biggest hotel room we’ve ever had!.. great views of the sea. And being near season end, has the pool all to ourselves. A great stay in a great location with great people.

We have just returned from the Perla Resort. It was ok for a couple of nights but would not stay for longer. The apartment we stayed in was nice enough. Although the drains need looking at in the bathroom as there was an unpleasant whiff the whole time we were there. Breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs and some weird sausages and lots of bread and cake. Fruit salad that was very sad looking. The pool area would be nice if they made one of the pools adult only. There are two next to each other so it wouldn’t be hard. The loungers around the pool were stained and nasty looking and you had to go all the way to reception, which is a bit of a trek to get towels. The beach is nice and the staff are nice too. The hotel is also right on the main road. All in all a disappointing stay but ok for a couple of nights.

Here, at the Perla Resort it is paradisiacally beautiful. Everything is just right, from the wonderful bathing bay, where you can swim easily even when there are waves, to the spacious, bright rooms with beautiful balconies and the friendly staff. In Croatia we have only met extremely friendly and helpful people.

We have been travelling in Croatia for two weeks and had our last days at Hotel Perla relaxing at the beach and pool. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a small fridge and desk. The staff at Perla was very helpful and service minded throughout our stay! It couldn't be better. If you wanna shop, the local Tommy grocery store is located only an 8-minute walk from the hotel. They have all you need. Our balcony faced the sea, but some rooms faced the road or parking lot. Wifi is available all over the hotel area and at the pool, but it can sometimes be slow. The breakfast buffet is basic and fresh. The hotel location is very good, with four pools in various sizes. Two pools were temporarily empty since they were fixing a technical problem. Finding a sun bed at the two open pools or the beach was challenging. It's easy to access the beach from the hotel or pool area. The beach is made of small gravel and is less soft to walk on than sand. The water is crystal clear, and taking a swim here is recommended. The town of Rogoznica is a five-minute drive from the hotel. This small coastal town has many restaurants, some shops, ice cream stalls, boat trips and other activities available. We can recommend Siesta restaurant for dinner. You can also go to the picturesque town of Primosten by car/taxi. It is only a 15-minute drive north of Hotel Perla. The equally picturesque town of Trogir is approx. 30 minutes by car.

My wife and I went to the Perla resort for our summer holiday, we picked this place as we had been the year before and enjoyed our stay so decided to go back again, We flew with Croatia airlines from Dublin to Split but sent our big suitcase with sendmybag courier company which was cheaper than booking it on the plane, we had pre arranged a taxi through the hotel to collect us. We booked a double room this time unlike last year when we had an apartment but we still had a sea view from the balcony. The hotel was busier than last year but still quiet and had plenty of room round the pools and the beach area for sunbeds and also for breakfast. The hotel staff had changed from last year with less Croatians and staff brought in from overseas in the bar and restaurant areas. The hotel is maybe a half hour walk to Rogoznica which might not suit some people but is only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for Split and in the other direction Primosten. There is a good supermarket about 5/10 minutes walk away which does warm food and a good selection of wine and beer which also gives money back when you return your empty bottles. We booked a boat trip to Krka falls through the hotel and transport was provided into Rogoznica to catch the boat, the boat journey was good and the scenery from Sibenik to Krka was stunning. The falls at Krka are well worth the visit and the walk is not to strenuous. We went by bus one day into Trogir a lovely town with plenty to see and lots of restaurants and bars and well worth a visit. On an evening we would walk into Rogoznica for dinner and usually went to Le Piaf or Botinero restaurants we were in last year and enjoyed. On our return journey we took the bus to the airport and stopped of again In Trogir to pass a few hours, the bus station has a left luggage room where we left our carry on bags and collected them again and continued our journey to the airport, the bus does not call into the airport but stops on the main road about a 5 minute walk away.
