The staff were very good. The room was clean with basic amenities. It was very functional for an overnight stay on our journey.

My stay was ok but in general it looks like no maintenance has been performed on the property in many years. No plants in plant boxes outside rooms, rotting facia boards, bad smell from pipes...

Staff i dealt with was good, bistro prices different in the room menu(cheaper) than in the bistro but expensive, limited bar drinks, had no red wine at all, only pub i have ever been to that had none.

Good simple room for a nights stay, in town for an event with kids. Bathroom door didnt pull closed , latch to lock was only on inside but wasnt an issue. Area was quiet. Shower pressure was soooo good.

Very jaded , needs refurbishment, fridge frozen solid, unanle to get ice, we stayed for 7 ays nofresh towels etc during ths time

Would be good if there was a microwave in the room. The shutters alone don't make the room dark enough to sleep in. We had to put a black blanket up to keep the lights from the car park out of pur room to sleep.

Dusty blinds and light fittings. Shower gel bottle was empty. Suggest blockout blinds due to hotel carpark lights on all night.
Convenient location, great food in bistro.

The room was cramped and the traffic noise was off putting.
Outside my room was dirty with cigarette butts at the entrance.

Good location. The property needs some good renovation, very old, a little bit dirty. Sink is too small to use, impossible to fit in kettle to get water.
