酒店回复: guest completed stay for 1 month,but due to guest damage room with lots of trash in room,kids spoil the mattress with pee on it. hotel did not extend their stay,hotel and cancelled their reservation due to this activity.hope they will not do at other hotels and thank you for your business.

Air conditioner was loud and roaches was horrible had to move rooms three times in one day and I had to clean the rooms myself . Tv doesn't work in most rooms.

It was the worst experience. The reception was fine, very friendly, but as soon as it started to get dark, the bathtub was covered in cockroaches, and there were cockroaches crawling all over the beds. And it wasn't just one or two, there were many. I decided it was best to leave because I couldn't rest. They need to got professional company for that

Facilities were dirty. Roaches crawling everywhere even in the bed. Toilet had old urine on the seat. Tub was nastyyyyy. Tv wouldn't work properly. Wouldn't ever tell anyone to book here. It's disgusting.

Theres mold bedbugs roaches and then broke contract by giving my room away and didnt tell me til i got back to the room that they refunded me and they said they no longer want to serve my family becuase they didnt like the bad review i put on google and *******
