Completely unsatisfactory room. - unmanned, “host” “Michelle” does not reply - questionable security codes for electronic access doors - scummy furniture, cigarette smell permeating covered with very strong cheap cleaning products - uncomfortable bed - leaking showerhead, loose wash tap. - dirty appliances and cutlery

Disappointed that room didn’t match the description. Things were broken or not there. No tv, promised wifi didn’t work, a/c not working, toilet didn’t flush properly, broken cold tap handle in shower, not enough down lights in main room & no mirror in bathroom above sink to do make up or shave. Call reception three times & messaged twice no acknowledged or reply!

Hubby and I stayed overnight as we were driving through. The room was large and the water was hot but that was probably the only good points. For cold nights the electric blanket would be great but it makes for an uncomfortable sleep as it was very hard. The lighting is very dim so you do need to keep the curtains open. The room is large enough to have a couch which would be great except for the fact that it was so worn I didn’t want to sit on it. The pillows could also do with an upgrade. They were so thin we had to use our towels underneath them. It is out of town which might make it a quiet place to stay but our neighbours on both sides of us were up at 5 talking across the car park. Not so conducive to a lie in on a Sunday.

Worse night sleep Bed made my back and sides ache all night. Pillows were that flat our necks were sore. Bathroom way to squashy with toilet so close to sink and shower. Jug was that black inside. Would not recommend staying here.
