Holiday Inn Hotel is the best property in Katra. Food and hospitality is excellent. Vicky and Nikita and rest of the Viva Dinning Restaurant are courteous and helpful. Definitely look to visit again. Thank you for wonderful stay and hospitality.

I visited Katra Mata Vaishno Devi on 19-20th Feb, I must say the experience of stay I got with Holiday Inn Katra is really superb and great! 😊 The staff members where I met Ms Nikita at restaurant…annd all others were also very friendly to take care with everything and the room was clean n nice view of Trikut Parvati. Overall I liked the place the best 👍 Will visit again

Excellent stay – highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Katra. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located for visiting Vaishno Devi. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all modern amenities. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Special mention to the restaurant staff for their warm service and delicious food – the breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted great. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and overall hospitality made my stay very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and pilgrims visiting Katra. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
