他们真的把我们的预订搞砸了。我们原本预订的是一间带特大床的6号单间，禁烟房。第一个房间可能符合要求，但是门锁打不开。然后他们给了我们一间只有一张大床的房间，而且还是吸烟房（味道难闻！）。我们根本没法住。最后，在等了大约一个半小时（因为耽搁，我们错过了预定的约会）之后，他们终于给了我们一间更大的房间，里面有两张大床，但是只有一个小冰箱，而不是我们最初预订的那种带全尺寸冰箱的厨房。在给我们这间房之前，他们承诺会退还我们50美元，但是到现在一个星期了，我们的信用卡上还没有收到这笔钱。

这是我住过的最糟糕的地方之一。气味难闻。而且我还遇到了一件糟心事。浴室门锁上了，我打电话给前台想让他给我钥匙开门。结果他拿来一把螺丝刀，把浴室钥匙弄断了。这倒没什么，但后来我不小心把浴室门关上了，门又锁上了。因为前台已经把锁弄断了，所以根本打不开浴室门。我又下楼去问他们有没有螺丝刀可以开门，结果前台给了我一把剪刀。万一我被困在浴室里又没手机怎么办？真是个糟糕又不安全的地方。绝对不推荐任何人来这里。

We only had 1 chair instead of 2 to sit at the table. The WIFI was appalling and did not work in our room, we spoke to reception and they said tell the manager tomorrow?? Car park was fine, kitchen was ok but not much use with no crockery or cutlery or any pans to cook with? The room was however clean and the bed comfortable

Good place for allergy sufferers, clean!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Elevator is a bit slow as one is out of service but the stairs are well-lit and easily accessible. Lots of vending options and laundry facility. Near major shopping center. Room is very clean. Full size fridge. Feels very safe. I have allergies and often react to hotel rooms but have not had to take any antihistamines! Extended my stay.

Dirty tub and the phone dudnt work. Had to change rooms. No pots, pans or cutlery with a full kitchenette.

Actual service and attention to complaints??
