房间没有做好卫生工作，睡到半夜觉得身上很痒，早上起来看到床上有好多蚂蚁在爬。酒店回复速度很慢，态度很恶劣，一直在拖延时间不处理诉求。这样的房间还要收房费，实在让人生气。

碰到问题就逃避问题，拖延时间，这个酒店信誉极差。
房间还ok，但是干净程度非常一般，可以说不太干净。孩子比较大了，沙发也可以躺，这点也不错。服务还算过得去，信息回复不是很及时，其他还OK。然后地方位置确实方便，除了比新加坡其他几家连锁的贵一些。楼下就是蜜雪冰城，但是隔音还不错。最不好的一点是，你收押金必须提前，但是退押金需要7个工作日，非常不合理。不管你节假日还是什么原因，这都是极度不合理的，否则你为什么收的那么干脆和彻底。
到现在没有退还押金
位置：牛车水地铁站A口出来，抬起大家可爱的头，就能看到右上方大约50米左右它家招牌，按门钥进去。走廊没有空调，真的又热又闷，必须赶紧进到房间。进房间刷电子门卡需要app，建议使用苹果手机。🍎
设施：空调可以24小时不关闭；我们那间刚好有除湿机，注意水盒水满要及时倒掉，不然不工作。🌬️
饮食：楼下的东西都挺贵的🦐
水：不提供纯净水，要自己到超市买矿泉水。这边好多地方有直饮水，但有些有味儿，喝不惯。💧
房间十分干净整洁，服务人员都很热情友善，我下次来新加坡还会预定这家酒店的！
酒店位置很好，就在牛车水地铁站前面，对预算有限的旅客来说简直完美。

从牛车水地铁站A出口出来，你就会立刻看到这家酒店！！！离“天天海南鸡饭”和那家有名的芝士蛋糕店都很近。
这家公寓式酒店的一切都超出了预期。内部设计时尚整洁。我住了两间不同的房间，都非常干净。照片中的露台位于二楼。无论是真人的客户服务还是从手机App办理入住到数字钥匙的科技应用，都非常出色。唯一需要注意的是，如果你行李较多，进门后会遇到楼梯，因为这家公寓式酒店位于一条繁忙的街道上，并且有通往牛车水地铁站的出入口。
位置：酒店地理位置极佳，就在牛车水中心地带，周围有很多美食、咖啡馆，附近还有两个地铁站，出行非常方便。无论是在牛车水区域活动，还是前往乌节路及其周边，乘坐直达麦士威地铁线的列车都非常便捷。
房间：预订的是小型套房，床非常舒适，但如果行李箱较大，房间会显得有些小。
服务：虽然遇到了一些小问题，但都很快得到了解决。
我绝对会推荐这里，无论是服务还是地理位置都很好。
Shannen和Yani帮了很大的忙，尽管我发现Shannen当时有些忙不过来，但所有问题都得到了解决。
