Excellent customer service. Tranquility environment. The rooms are beautiful, spacious bathrooms. The food was amazing, and the staff was welcoming. I will definitely visit the place again. Located just 7 minutes from the Kimberly airport.

Not a bad experience it was my first time at the establishment it's clean and comfortable I just found it to be noisy at times but good overall would recommend it in future and point out my experience

Excellent service, the staff is friendly, the interior designing is exquisite and beautifully put together. The quality of the bedding and facilities are superb. Had a short stay and will definitely be my go to place when coming to Kimberly.

The Kimberley Anne was an amazing experience all the way from the parking to very friendly staff to the super clean room. The Copper Oryx restaurant offered exceptional service, well presented and delicious food. Truly an amazing experience.

The place is very beautiful and well taken care of. However when checking in, the reception must still inform you what you are liable for or what is included in the package. Don’t wait for last day especially if you are using a service provider
