The 4th star they have is charity. Very nice building, spacious royal room and you can sense it's a place full of history and with a noble past. However there's clearly a lot of services with unkept maintenance: 1) The jacuzzi didn't work 2) The pool was cold for Autumn temperatures 3) Breakfast is way subpar for 4 stars 4) No dedicated phone chargers by the bed 5) Some services are confusing to use (you need to reserve a slot in advance to use the bowling or you need to ask for keys to use the gym) 6) The wifi network didn't reach the room Not to mention that the staff can be borderline rude. Nice place if you're looking for something with historical density but pack your bags if you have any service standards. It's a pity - there's a lot of potential but it's clearly a shadow of its former self.
