We had 10% discount with our ferry ticket. It was more expensive than we would usually pay for lunch but worth every penny. My Husband had mussels and there were enough for both of us my risotto was gorgeous service and atmosphere lovely.

I had an incredible steak as part of my Christmas meal with a friend last night and it was genuinely one of the best I’ve had , perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. It made the occasion feel even more special, especially when enjoyed in such a relaxed, festive atmosphere. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful, you’re made to feel welcome the minute you walk in. Highly recommend. 10/10!

We are staying locally and decided to try the food. Absolutely wonderful. Best Sunday roast ever, and lovely fish today. Prices no different to home, but much better quality! Thank you!!

Had a one night stay. It’s the kind of hotel we really enjoy staying: boutique, friendly, quality but unpretentious. It’s situated right by the harbour where you can get an hourly ferry to Falmouth (20 min journey) or a water taxi to the other side of the river. Our room was small but very clean and well appointed with a coffee making machine and fresh milk in the small fridge ( that’s a big tick for me) and towelling robes. Our room overlooked the harbour and river and the views and atmosphere were really fab. However, given the premium price of the hotel I would have expected the room to have a modern smart TV with access to iPlayer and other streaming services which we could access using our subscription logins. There is a downstairs bar where you check in. In the first floor is a lovely lounge/ dining area with fab views. We had dinner there but the menu is very limited and on the night we were there the service was very slow. The breakfast however was really excellent : everything was top quality such as the yogurts, eggs Benedict, bacon rolls and the almond croissant was the best I’ve tasted. Thank you for our lovely stay.

The cooking at St Mawes is great. We ate twice in a recent stay - the first night there was some confusion over our booking, but Finn dealt with it extremely well. The special dish of plaice was super fish, expertly cooked. The room was comfortable and welcoming. A lovely spot to be.

我们去吃晚餐。我们到得很早。那位女士热情地欢迎了我，她前一天就记得我，还叫了我的名字。我们被带到楼上的一张桌子旁，窗户敞开，可以看到海港。然而座位却令人失望。桶形扶手椅对我来说太低了，而且没有靠背。我要了一个垫子，服务员很快就买了。我坐了上去，感觉好多了。然后一位友好乐于助人的酒店住客说：“我知道是什么问题，我也有。”然后冲出去为我的背部找了另一个厚垫子。这才好转。这些椅子不太适合端正地坐着吃饭，特别是对于个子较小的人。我们的餐点很快就上桌了，我们并没有感到很匆忙。食物质量还可以，但并不出众，尽管摆盘精美，而且工作人员接受过银器服务方面的培训。气氛一直很愉快，直到隔壁桌来了两个孩子和三个大人。孩子们非常不听话，大人们也很吵。他们尖叫着。全程，丝毫不顾及周围的人。隔壁桌的男人还一度做了个鬼脸。当成年人完全自私，不去管教的时候，这种情况真的很难受。我们的夜晚被毁了，所以我们赶紧吃完就走了。账单上来的时候，加了15%的费用，价格一下子就涨了不少，我们别无选择，只能付钱。我对此很不满意，所以我们不会再来了。
特别的酒店。显然必须选择面海的房间。房间宽敞，设有现代化的大浴室。您从一楼的酒吧进入，接待处通常无人值守。餐厅非常漂亮，还供应早餐，非常棒，就像餐厅也很棒一样。总体来说，整体氛围很有特色。
