I recently had a disappointing experience at Oyo Supertownhouse Spruce Oak in Bangalore. The service was subpar, leaving much to be desired. The rooms were disappointingly dirty, and it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning system was malfunctioning, making the stay quite unpleasant. The staff's lack of responsiveness to these issues only exacerbated the situation. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and there was a noticeable absence of any genuine effort to address concerns. It's disheartening when a hotel neglects basic amenities and fails to provide a comfortable environment for guests. Given this disappointing experience, I won't be returning to Oyo Supertownhouse Spruce Oak in the future. I value cleanliness and quality service when choosing accommodation, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short on both fronts.
