Our room was cleaned every day, which we so appreciated! The front desk and jitchen person was extremely pleasant and helpful. One thing was a tad disappointing, my husband left swim trunks and a sun shirt on the bathroom door knob. When we called about it after we got home, no one had recovered it. We were so hoping someone had turned it in to the lost and found.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in and out was amazing!! She was so funny, helped every guest in the kindest way, and was very assertive towards everyone’s needs. The guy in the middle of the night was not helpful at all, and rude. We were trying to stay another night because we have blizzards back home, and he would not give a proper reason as to why. Then, by the time he decided to come to the room, we were already on the way out. The lady at the front felt horrible because she kept trying to get him to move so we knew whether we were staying or leaving.

Regarding the decision not to extend your stay, this was based on an earlier incident that had disturbed several other guests, and we needed to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone staying with us. We also want to clarify that the night-shift associate was not on duty at the time you checked out, so we are unsure what was meant by “by the time he came to our room.”Again, we apologize that your experience did not match your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
