Great property in my favourite area of Rome away from the crowds. Apartment was very spacious and had everything you need. All of the check in process needed to be completed ahead of time online different than a hotel which I didn’t know when I booked but the staff sent messages to let you know to complete check in and they were accommodating to timing of arrival.

DO NOT stay at this place. Yes, its modern and clean but lacks the most basic thing - enough hot water. We were a couple and only one of us was able to take a shower. After that the hot water ran out. When we called the help line, we were told to wait until the boiler can make enough hot water for the 2nd person to shower!!! Unheard of. We waited for 50 min. Absurd!!! The owner should invest in a properly sized water heater instead of fancy floors.
