I requested the hotel before arriving for an early check in . Even though the room is available , they are charging 1000 rs extra for early checkin , for a room costing 1400 per night . The hotel staff who attended the call was very rude and kept on repeating same thing and not bothered to hear what you are telling . Not amazed to see the kind of reviews they are getting here … never gonna book or recommend this again

very bad experience, No service from there ,There were a lot of ants in the room, I was disturbed the whole night, room quality also very bad

Room was clean and spacious.it had a good view of vivekananda rock memorial.kettle was available but no glass or tea cup with tea bag,sugar,milk etc .little bit on an expensive side.

Due to Advance booking and payment they never mind for cleaning and services. So I have checked out early.

The hotel has a major issue with the parking.They do not have enough space to park your vehicle they will ask you to adjust.Based on the money they charge service is not up to the mark. With the amount of money they should have provided breakfast

It was the good experience we satisfied when we saw the sun rises from the hotel....good view...about this hotel very much good their services are very good and friendly...we couple are comfortable in the hotel .....thank you very much Hotel sea land
