I thought it was ridiculous to pay to park in the hotel parking lot!!! Never had that happen at any hotel I've stayed at. Realized too late that bar drinks were absurdly high (ex. 2 shots of bourbon--=$24.00!!!). Charged to room, so 3 nights at 1 drink per person was shocking at the cost. Breakfast was not included, so we had to leave and find a place to eat that wasn't as expensive as the hotel's crummy buffet and served better breakfast.

it was a perfect location for me to attend a jazz festival within a mile and a half of the hotel. The staff was excellent, especially the parking lot attendant who helped me when I couldn’t get in my car because the battery had died in the fob… He was able to very quickly replaced it and get me on my way. I will definitely be staying at this location again to explore Pensacola as a tourist thank you for continue. Nick have such a high standard and hiring the right people.

The hotel is almost brand new. I don't know if it's being renovated or if it's a new hotel, but it seems brand new. I would recommend this place.

The bathroom door slides from side to side and leaves an inch gap that allows sound and smell easily seep into the room. Breakfast is more expensive through the reservation than buying it al la carte. Bottles of water in the room are 3$ instead of complimentary. For 900$ this was the worst room I’ve ever had. Total rip off. Will never stay at a Hilton again.

Tatianna.. “spell check one the name please” was amazing and so helpful. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Pensacola. But we will definitely be waiting to the Hilton Garden in so much nicer and not that much further away it’s actually a nice walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the center of downtown. Wonderful Bay views. 10/10. Don’t pay for parking until you check in I think they cover it or have a code or something.

It was a very disorganized check-in. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and even the breakfast is an extra charge. This is not a competitive place versus the other options out there.
