Checked in late, but the staff was there and waiting, efficient with the entire process.
Breakfast was welcome and the young lady working that area was extremely nice greeting everyone as they came down.

clean, newer property, great staff and friendly. They ran out of several breakfast items, what was left was subpar. They even had to find more plates. crowded. We had to run to the Starbucks for clean hot water (coffee residue/flavor in the hot water) for tea and breakfast.

One of the reasons we chose this motel was because it had a restaurant. At check in, we were told it was closed. The last thing we wanted to do was get back in the car and drive in an unknown city, at night. We could have done door dash, but I didn’t want to sit on the bed and eat dinner. The room had very little lighting and it was difficult to see to get ready in the morning. We were very disappointed, overall. I figured a Hampton would be good, never again.

This is not a Hampton Inn restaurant but one privately run by the hotel We do have 2 restaurants within 3 min walking distance from our hotel as well as several fresh and frozen options in our treat shop. We hope you give Hampton Inn another chance!

Staff was wonderful, we stayed at several Hampton inns that week while traveling and this one had fewer options for breakfast, like 2 trays of hot food instead of 3, any by the time we got down there, still 39 minutes before breakfast was over, everything was empty and not refilled. No milk for cereal (cereals were gross, maybe one grandpa cereal instead of all 3?) no yogurt, hot food trays empty, waffle batter empty, muffins and bagels empty. Sure you understand that some people want to sleep in so they come near the end?

This has been one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Not only was the room clean, the staff was amazing. From a spilled milkshake in the rental, to a clogged toilet courtesy of one of my traveling companions, to needing an extra towel..Damon was always there and came in every single time! I’ve never had to come to the front desk so many times (not the hotels fault) and every time Damon helped me immediately and with a smile. 10/10 would stay here again.

I booked a room 2 weeks in advance. I arrived only to be told they did not have a room. They offered an alternate room that was 30 minutes away. No thanks.

酒店回复: Hello,Our sister property is right down the road. You booked a stay with us, a Hampton Inn, we guaranteed your room at the other property, also a Hampton Inn. The same price and the same room type. We could not contact you as you booked thru a 3rd party and your contact info was not forwarded to the Hotel. On a sell out night all rooms/guests are called to confirm arrival. We could not confirm your arrival so your reservation was moved to our sister property. While we can understand this is unsettling, these were the same brand, same room type, and same price. We wish you had not chosen to take your frustration out on the desk agents on both properties.
