The buffet was not well attended to. There are two stations that can only be served by attendants but usually no one is around to help with them. One thing that would be easy to fix: the utensils for self serve are horrible and frustrating to use- a little tiny fork for the cornichons and a knife for the mustard? And you fish everything out of jars. Just tacky and poorly thought out. The tongs are slippery. Just poorly designed all the way around

I came to Madison for Art on the Square. The location was perfect! Staff from check to check out were so very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend The AC by Marriot.

For what we paid. I would’ve expected a step up. The bed sheets smelled a little musty. We were on the third floor and definitely heard street noise. It was ok.

Everything was perfect
Amazing stay! Everything was super smooth and thoughtful. Valet parking made things easy, and they even brought my food delivery right to my door. Overall, a perfect experience. I would absolutely stay here again if I have the chance.

城里位置很好。房間很漂亮，床也很舒服。员工很好。十楼有不错的餐厅和酒吧，景色优美。
