I loved interacting with Jared at the front desk, Rob during breakfast, and Maddie in hospitality. All of them were great and made me feel welcome. You have the BEST breakfast!!!!!
I enjoyed using the gym. Loved that it was open 24 hours and had towels.
My only problem had nothing to do with the hotel, it was the fact that the people who were above my room walked hard on the floor and kept me up longer than I planned.

this appears to be a newer hotel but it's due a lot of maintenance. This thing is a bit rough around the edges for its age..

This is a pet friendly hotel, important to note that. The rooms have carpet. There is an odor of pets within the room. The furniture seemed worn. Wallpaper in rooms was peeling. Definitely in need of an overhaul renovation. The pool was green. Breakfast offerings were subpar. If you’re desperate for a place to sleep, it’ll do. If you prefer clean and comfort, hard pass. This was a quick half way to the beach stop for us. There is a full size refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The black out blinds did not work. The pillows were so flat and the bed wa not comfortable. It says it was a queen it was more like a full. The surfaces in the room felt sticky and not clean.

It was a great stay, Rodney was very helpful and kind! Clean rooms clean lobby. Definitely 10/10 for the beds quiet area and felt safe. Traveled from Greenville SC would definitely recommend

At 6:30am, I was woken up to a Fire Alarm that evacuated the entire hotel.
As we were downstairs, it turns out the same thing happened the morning before. The manager didn’t seem to care as if this is a regular occurrence. Not a happy camper. This is 6:30am on SUNDAY.

Property was clean. Problem checking in after they charged my card I realized later that I had already paid for it over a month ago when I booked it on Expida. After talking with them the manager saw it was a mistake and said she would reimburse the charges. Other than that one problem everything else was good except it take a very long time for hot water in shower to get hot.

Extremely dated and not very clean. Expensive. Breakfast was not great either. Very dissatisfied especially given the price. Hotel needs a complete over haul.

The room door lock was broken so the door could not be locked properly so I had to use one of the other lock options. The couch and the pillow cases had stain on them. I only stayed 1 night & overall it was okay.
