The room was clean and nice, not a great location as there was a road in front and behind the hotel. We noticed a large amount of workers stayed at the hotels in this area. The breakfast items were not hot and the juices seemed watered down. Convenient location to the caverns.

I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. I could tell management cared about their guests and asked several times how they could improve our stay. The rooms are quiet and clean...just what you're looking for after a long day's drive! I would stay again.

根本睡不着。楼上的那家人又蹦又跳，尖叫着摔门，噪音一直持续到凌晨两点多。我反复请求工作人员帮忙，要么让他们安静下来，要么让他们搬走，这样我和孩子们才能在第二天12小时的车程前好好休息。退房时，他们告诉我他们确实敲过门通知过那家人有人投诉噪音，但问题始终没有解决。住在这里唯一的目的就是睡觉。这里没有游泳池，早餐选择非常有限，健身房也只有一台跑步机、一台椭圆机和一套哑铃。附近也没有任何娱乐设施。我们只想好好睡一觉，但噪音太大，根本睡不着。
绝对不会推荐
我们临时决定入住这里，但遇到的第一个问题是门锁不上。然后我发现两张床上都有头发，而且不只是几根，而是好几根。当我们说门有问题时，前台人员告诉我们用力拉门就行了。这确实有帮助，但我为什么要住在一个门坏了的房间里呢？而且，我们楼下还有几个孩子，他们一直用力地关着门，直到那天晚上11点左右才关上。
前台那个小女孩态度很差，她好像觉得我和我妻子打扰了她的“手机时间”。淋浴喷头漏水，因为地面倾斜，水都流到浴室地板上了。淋浴喷头也很糟糕，我得一直拿着才能冲水。简直无法接受。
我知道镇上有很多石油工人会入住这些酒店。但是，酒店的清洁服务真的需要大幅提升。墙壁要擦干净，地毯要清洗，床单和毛巾也要换新的。前台员工非常热情友好。
地方很安静，人们友好且乐于助人。位置很便利。房间一尘不染，空间非常宽敞。
