Its not a bad hotel, definitely budget friendly. Only issue i had was trying to get fresh towels. Went to the front desk and asked for fresh towels and i wasnt able to get anymore until i went back upstairs to grab my dirty ones. They also have nice amenities and a fridge, microwave, and tv. The fridge was missing a few pieces inside to hold drinks in the door but overall still functional. The microwave definitely needs to me updated at least in my roon because it had rust flakes all in the inside. I didnt personally see any bugs here but some previous tenant left a dead roach on the counter. When i was leaving there was orkin there though. If you're in a bind for cash definitely come here rather than motel 6 or 8 around the corner.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years and always tell myself I am not coming back. It's an okay place if you absolutely have nowhere else to stay. But the bed was painfully hard and the shower was extremely old and dated-looking. There are better choices in the immediate area.

The staff was terrible. We waited 30 minutes before someone was even available to check us in. The sign at the desk left a number to call and when we did, the phone at the desk rang. He then returned and said he was gone for only 8 minutes, but it had been a total of 25 at least based on my call log to the number on the sign. When we asked if they could do anything for us, he said “it’s okay, I understand.” It made no sense. When we got to the room, the AC would not turn on, the TV remote was not working, and we were unable to connect to the wifi. When we called the front desk staff, the same guy said it’s state law that the AC isn’t on and he doesn’t watch TV so he can’t help. He did help us connect to wifi. He kept lying about different things which was frustrating because we were already tired. It couldn’t be state law that there’s no AC in hotels because as soon as we stepped into the hallway, it was cool. Our room was 78° overnight. We asked for the manager’s name, he said she’d be there in the morning. When we went to talk to her, we learned she’s not in today. We will be calling tomorrow. Do not stay here.

I think once done and staff is trained this will be a nice place. In the meantime i had to plunge my own toilet.

Noise from construction its annoying understand need some improvement the room was clean i wish they have some more option menu breakfast also complementary bottle of water will be nice.

My stay at this hotel was okay overall — not great, but not terrible either.
The room was clean and comfortable, but a few things could have been better.

Room was noisy. Was part of a suite and door to other side was not sufficient to keep noise out. Laminate floor instead of carpeting.
