The breakfast was horrible! No healthy food...Typical in American Hotels or in this case I would classify it as a motel.. The Gym is not a gym! 3 pieces of cardio, one mat, one bench and dumbbells. Not machines, foam rolls, bosu etc etc! Terrible as in many old fashioned residences as this is.

The room was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is great. There is something for everyone. The pool was great as well. We loved the handpainted murals on the pool walls.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice hot breakfast with a variety of food options. Coffees in the lobby at all times with teaand cocoa options which was lovely because it had just snowed. Also the fire was nice each afternoon for conversation.

The breakfast was outstanding every morning. Hotel was quiet. The room was modern and very clean. The 2 ladies who checked us in were very nice and efficient.

The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient. The only down side is since the shower base was from Mabel, it is very slippery. I fell in the bathroom and had bruises as the result of it. The hotel should provide Bathmat to prevent people from falling.

The nicest breakfast with great variety! I also appreciated how easy parking was and how convenient to things in town. And I loved that hot beverages were available in the lobby throughout the day and night. How nice to be able to get a cup of chamomile tea before bed! Highly recommend!

但是员工服务简直糟糕透顶：我们入住后的第二天早上，值班经理查错了其他客人的信息，她派客房服务人员来我们房间，还坚持要我们立即退房！之后，她又在前台跟我们争论说我们没付房费……还重复收取了我们两天的房费。我一直给她看付款收据，她却一直说没看到。
然后她就开始把责任推给夜班员工和其他所有人。
最后，在我第四次被“叫”到前台让她看屏幕时，我告诉她，她看的是其他客人/房间的信息，而不是我们的。
这次经历真是太糟糕了，我们最终还是离开了，另找了一家酒店，尽管我们已经付了两晚的房费。
除非你不介意被泼脏水，否则千万别去这家酒店。
