I had a very good stay at Treebo Vetri Supreme. The customer service manager, Rusta, was extremely helpful in coordinating everything and even arranged an early check-in at 7:00 AM when my family and I arrived in Chennai. The hotel staff were very cooperative—when I raised an issue with the AC cooling, they immediately shifted us to another room without any hassle. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, thanks to the supportive staff and great service.

Bathroom were slightly smelly and bed was not fixed properly . Need to fix the bed , and use air freshner for bathroom

Booked a room for my friend with his family and we clearly conveyed that we need checkin in the morning at 6.30 am and after reaching there the reception person asked them to wait till 12 noon. My friend was asked to wait till 12 am with his family and not even a wash room or waiting room provision was given. This was a horrible experience the family was made to go through after an overnight train journey. I would never want them to come back to this place ever again and would advise the customers to stay away from this hotel.

当我进入酒店并与工作人员互动时，我感觉我预订这家酒店是个错误的决定。但当我办理入住进入房间后，我就松了一口气。房间维护得很好，床单和毛巾都很干净，也没有任何异味。总的来说，性价比很高。
不足之处在于：
1. 员工不专业，未经培训。对了解你的选择/意见毫无兴趣。每件小事我都要去请求或打电话给经理。
2. 早餐不是酒店内部供应的，而是从外面买来然后送上来。
3. 位置不太好，因为它在老城区，可能不适合所有人。
如果酒店业主能对入口处进行整体改善并培训员工，那么这家酒店绝对值得推荐给大家。否则，我只会推荐出差的独自旅行者来这里，有家人的旅客最好另寻他处。
就同等价位的酒店而言，房间算是宽敞，也比较干净。但地板感觉不太好，灯光不足，显得又黑又阴森。
酒店位置就在Kannammapettai火葬场对面，特此告知，如果您不介意的话就尽管预订。我因为早上走得早，没来得及尝早餐。
