机场到酒店都有免费的**车接送，酒店员工都很热情，酒店干净整洁，还有夜床服务，酒店整体都很满意，带家人出行方便，下次还住这里
设施：一切都非常棒，房间够大布置合理，热水很好用；
卫生：客房打扫特别认真，卫浴每日都会做消毒，地毯吸的很干净，还做了很细心的布置
服务：ALDY服务特别细腻，看到我们的泳衣挂在衣架上，立刻拿了晾衣支架过来帮晾好，眼镜放在床头，回房间时候已经擦好，看到有小朋友需要泡奶，也马上补了足够的水
看演唱会选择的很对的酒店，对面马路走过去就是银河综艺馆。一进大堂服务就很好，会主动和你聊天问接下来的安排，需要帮忙他们也会给建议。酒店套房很不错。下次还会想住。基本软饮零食都免费，哈哈，吃不完，没那么爱吃零食。
再次入住映星汇，依然是细致入微的服务和便捷。入住时管家会引领介绍房间设施，欢迎水果和甜品、早餐品质都很高，有多种新鲜茶点。入住映星汇、水上乐园、顶级戏院是每次都来澳门的原因，随意休闲，非常方便。
这次入住体验灰常好，下次来🇲🇴还是会选择这家酒店！第一次选择坐轻轨到机场丝滑得很，还能看到澳门纸醉金迷夜景！再有酒店细节做得非常好。智能平板控制，好莱坞大片免费🆓看，mini吧零食饮料啤酒🍻随便吃，only葡萄酒🍷和自热锅是收费的，补充及时。
新濠的服务真的太棒了，在这种大假期，还能把服务做的这么完美，实实在在走心了，而且亲子设施很友好，房间的婴儿设施，水上乐园，适合我2个年龄不同的娃
酒店设施和卫生没的说，环境特别好，用品也很有质感，最值得说的是服务，当时问前台接待一条路，但是我走错了，前台接待竟然追出来带着我们走了正确的路，十分感谢

新濠影汇总体就是乱哄哄的感觉，映星汇入住体验并不如预期，窗外是工地…携程黑钻客服介入后给换了朝向，还送了几张摩天轮的门票，房间智能控制确实很方便，洗护还可以，但不是小只的，不如新濠影汇其他系酒店，夜床提供的小礼物都是欧舒丹，很一般，退房时被插队前台人员居然也无视，下次不会入住。推荐大家差不多价位不如选安达仕、上葡京、伦敦人名汇…
非常好，非常适合亲子出行，超出预期！服务人员都很专业热情，房间很大很干净，附近还有儿童乐园和donki超市，非常不错哦！
