Best beds outside of a 5 star hotel. During a long roadtrip, this was a shining star example of what midpriced hotels should be—quiet, comfy and clean. I tend to get too hot with the comforter and too cold with just a sheet so having the extra lightweight blanket was fantastic. When our neighbors started playing loud music at 11pm, Abigail quickly took care of it. It felt like having our own concierge—she ensured that as a light sleeper that we were happy with our room choice. Very happy! Zero complaints

Very nice Hampton Inn, we’re fans of the brand anyway but this hotel was especially good. The location is great, walking distance to the stadium and a short ride from shopping. We did have one problem and the hotel handled it beautifully. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear constant footsteps above us, so much that it disturbed our sleep. We thought they were checking out but they didn’t and when we got back to our room in the afternoon we could hear them again. My husband went down to the front desk and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They gave us a new room and even gave us thank you candies for the trouble. We do think that the noise above us was caused by an unusual situation that I don’t want to get into. I don’t think we would have heard normal everyday walking.

Came up for Labor Day weekend and we are so glad we chose this Hampton. It’s relatively new, has modern accommodations such as a 65” smart tv, plenty of parking, and is within minutes of walking distance to Lambeau. We chose a studio suite with a partial view that also included, a sofa, a microwave and fridge, and a little extra room compared to a standard king. Our bed was a little on the soft side but we both slept uninterrupted both nights. The breakfast was decent both mornings. It’s typical Hilton fare: premade eggs, sausage, and pretty good potatoes. The waffle maker is solid as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service. Good breakfast. Friendly attentive staff. Modern rooms. Loved being able to use phone for room key and controlling the HVAC and lights in the room. Would recommend a stay here. Close to restaurants and Lambeau Field. Walked everywhere we wanted to visit.

Our stay was very welcoming!! Great guest service, very clean rooms and I even check with clorox wipes I brought from home. Breakfast was fresh and always had choices. The staff even took the time to put a birthday package together for our son and a hand written birthday card. That was pretty cool! We came to celebrate his birthday with a visit to the stadium and even had a rock star room with a perfect view of Lambeau. Our son was very excited. We choose Hampton Inn any where we go, but this location exceeded our expectations for sure, Nice Job!!! Thank You

我们去了房间，房间闻起来很臭，看起来很脏。我们安顿下来后，发现墙上溅了一种奇怪的粉红色/红色的东西，干了之后就顺着流下来。浴室的壁架和角落里积满了灰尘，浴缸的角落里也粘着一些奇怪的棕色东西。我们试着用门闩锁门，但锁不紧。
我看了一眼泳池区，又是一个看起来很脏的地方，而且到处都没有毛巾（当时泳池里没人）。
又等了很久（前台还是没人），我才联系前台解决了这个问题，他们的双人间已经全部订满了。最后，我打电话给*******，看看他们能不能帮我们取消预订，Raul 非常热情地帮我们解决了这个问题。最后住进了贝斯特韦斯特酒店，简直好上一百万倍！！一进门就闻到一股清新的气息，明亮通风，前台工作人员非常友好，面带微笑。
*******告诉我，我们会全额退款，结果我醒来发现我的卡上又被汉普顿酒店扣款了——真的吗？？？
前台工作人员非常友好。非常干净，如果参加在兰博中心或雷施中心举办的活动，非常方便。
我们预订了一间特大床房。房间里有冰箱和微波炉。房间干净宽敞。我们离体育场、塔吉特百货、加油站和餐厅都很近。
