The ADA 2Q & sofa bed was really big. So spacious for my son’s power wheelchair and my mom with her walker. The layout was great. Best part of the bathroom was an actual door that allowed for the full size of the doorway to be used.

Property is nice but wasn't told tell I got there that they do a card hold of 50$ for every night you are there. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was noticed ahead of time. People should be made aware of this when booking so they can plan accordingly. I was there for 4 nights that's a 200$ hold on my card.

Good hotel stay
Overall a very good place to stay but does need some improvement. Building was clean with nice amenities and everyone was friendly. Beds were too firm to the point of interfering with sleep. Had an issue with spoiled milk in the breakfast area but the cartons were within date and unopened.

I'm so glad to hear our staff provided you with a comfortable stay.Regarding our mattresses, the Home2 brand uses a medium firm mattress as its brand standard, and while this does appeal to many travelers, it's inevitable that some may prefer something softer. These mattresses are standard across all Home2 properties, and I certainly wouldn't want you to lose sleep on another trip hoping for different mattresses at another location. A brand that uses a softer mattress may be more to your needs.I do sincerely apologize for the spoiled milk! Our breakfast attendants do their best to catch milk that may have spoiled before it go to us, but without breaking the seal on the carton it can be hard to detect any issues that aren't visible. I can assure you that no other spoiled cartons have been found, and I have brought this quality issue to the attention of our supplier and our front desk staff or breakfast attendants are always available to ensure fresh items are available during our serving hours.While these issues are regrettable, I am pleased that we still provided you an 8/10 experience during your time with us. Feedback like yours helps us constantly improve, providing an even better stay for all of our guests. To complete the check-in process, a card needs to be added to the reservation for incidentals. To avoid issues like this in the future, we recommend booking directly with us whenever possible.

Staff was very nice and super helpful. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Entire hotel was clean and well taken care of, equipped work out space, and pool was a bonus!

I was satisfied with the clean bedding and the hotel, but I was uncomfortable with the unkindness of the hotel staff in the customer service section. Also, there is noise from the sound of the aircraft.
