They gave me a smaller room Even though I booked in advance two beds and a pull out. When I got there they said all the other rooms were taken. What’s the point of a reservation?!

Not a bad place to stay for a few days. The rooms were large and roomy and seemed like they were recently renovated. The free breakfast was very average, like most of them, not bad.
One big negative was the pool, kinda small and the pool area was dirty. All in all a good place for the money spent.

The hotel itself is nice. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean. However, I couldn't take a shower my last day here because something happened to the water. From 2-3 pm until 11am at checkout there was no hot water. I asked if something could be done or some sort or reimbursement but was just told sorry for the inconvenience from the front desk. I get stuff happens but at-least make it right. Probably wouldn’t stay here again simply for that reason.
